About Todd A. Latiolais
Practicing law since 1999, Todd A. Latiolais' practice areas include probate law, wills and trusts, estate planning, powers of attorney, personal injury defense, products liability defense, toxic torts, premises liability, and family law. Todd graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology.
Receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1998, Mr. Latiolais is licensed to practice in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Arkansas. Additionally, Todd is also permitted to practice before the Southern United States Court of Texas, the Middle and the Western United States District Courts of Louisiana, and the Western United States District Court of Oklahoma. Todd is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Association of Defense Counsel, Jefferson County Bar Association, American Bar Association and Defense Research Institute.
